The birth anniversary of Perunthalaivar K. Kamarajar was commemorated at Gurukulam on 15th July with great respect and enthusiasm.
The day provided our students with an opportunity to learn about the life and contributions of one of Tamil Nadu's most respected leaders, particularly his commitment to education and the welfare of children. His vision played an important role in making education more accessible to children from different sections of society.
Through stories, discussions and activities, students were encouraged to understand the values that shaped Kamarajar's life—simplicity, honesty, dedication, humility and service to society.
The celebration also helped students connect his vision with the importance of education in transforming lives. At Gurukulam, where we strive to provide meaningful educational opportunities to children, his legacy continues to inspire our commitment towards inclusive and accessible education.
The occasion was a meaningful reminder that true leadership lies in serving society and creating opportunities for the generations to come.
