Teachers organised an activity to help with better control of motor skills. This would help develop a better coordination for the KG children. Students participated enthusiastically during the activity.
The KG Graduation day for the academic year 2024-2025 was held on 5th April '25.

LKG children hosted the entire celebration....their welcome dance was eye catching and enthralled the audience.
Building the word with the different alphabets was the task given to the kindergarteners, to identify the alphabets and to train them how to use the alphabets to frame a word, it was the activity for them, this has been conducted on 13th December '24.
Students start with one word and change one letter at a time to create new words. C-a-t becomes h-a-t, h-a-t becomes h-i-t. Children enjoyed when they identify the alphabet to frame such words, the readiness were quite encouraging when the teacher call out the alphabet.
There are different types of activities that are being conducted for our kindergarteners, this "jump in the given direction" activity has been enjoyed by the kids, this activity has been conducted on 25th October '24.
The importance of this activity is to calm the effect on the nervous system when you jump, it is a constructive way to channel stress. Kids sometimes can't articulate their stress or identify their stressors, and jumping gives them a way to physically work through their anxieties.
Jumping is an essential part of early years development and is important for their bone and muscle strength and the development of motor planning skills. It develops their fitness, coordination, endurance and strength. These kind of excellent activities that support a more regulated state of arousal in children and making them happier and also emotionally regulated. It promotes and supports social communication and interaction among peers.
Jumping also enhances the development of balance, rhythm, timing, sequencing and sensory integration, all needed to achieve efficient, coordinated and controlled performance in day-to-day activities.
Turtle walk activity has been conducted for the KG kids on 8th November. The Turtle Walk activity offers numerous benefits for children, including improved balance and coordination, enhanced gross motor skills, developed core stability, boosted physical fitness and refined fine-tune motor control.
Students had fun with the "pick and perform" activity on 8th November.
It is a game where the student is asked to show the "action" on the "word" they pick from the board.
Once they show the action the others will pronounce the word, students enjoyed the activities. Extra and co-curricular activities help the child to learn better.
Memory games were conducted on 6th December for the KG children. Playing memory games can improve other brain functions, such as attention, concentration and focus. Memory games give space to critical thinking and that helps children nurture their attention to detail. Memory games can improve visual recognition.
From a young age, memory games can help children learn how to remember, recognize and recall information in an enjoyable manner. Not only do they promote cognitive development, but they also help to improve concentration, creativity and problem-solving skills.
Memory games can build children's thinking skills, concentration and attention span and build children's persistence. We give children the chance to try new things without fear of failure when they play the memory game.

The motive of celebrating the "Yellow Day" was to make the KG children aware of the colour yellow.
The day began with fun filled introduction about the colour yellow and the various things which represent yellow. The students, teachers have also dressed up in yellow, the room was filled with yellow color creative work done by the kids and teachers.
During the celebration kids were made aware of the different types of animals, fruits and vegetables which are coloured yellow.
We encourage children to engage in regular physical activity, and on June 28, 2024, they participated in exercises designed to develop muscle reflexes and fine motor skills.
Fine motor skills involve the ability to make movements using the small muscles in our hands and wrists, which are essential for key tasks in school and everyday life. These small movements come naturally to children and help activate their physical capabilities.
Through these activities, we also teach children important social skills such as waiting for their turn, practicing patience, and cheering on their peers.
