Learning to Respect All Faiths – Mosque Visit

 02nd April 2026

As part of our continuous effort to nurture respect for all religions and promote secular values among students, the school organized a visit to a Mosque on 2nd April. Such visits are conducted every year to help students understand and appreciate the diversity of cultures and traditions that exist in our society.

During the visit, the students had the opportunity to observe the peaceful atmosphere of the mosque and learn about the importance of prayer, discipline, and spiritual values in Islam. The officials at the mosque warmly welcomed the students and shared valuable insights about the history, practices, and significance of the mosque in the community.

The session was very informative and engaging. Students listened attentively and asked thoughtful questions, which helped them gain a deeper understanding of the beliefs and traditions followed in Islam.

The visit was a meaningful learning experience that encouraged students to respect different faiths and embrace the values of harmony, unity, and mutual understanding.

Overall, the students thoroughly enjoyed the visit and returned with greater awareness and appreciation of cultural diversity.
