Beach Day Celebration at Gurukulam

If the children at Gurukulam School couldn’t get to the beach seaside trip, then the beach just had to come to them instead!

The children and young students of  Gurukulam  School,  took a whole-school trip to the make believe seaside to mark their happiness and joy when they sit in the beach. 

The school’s team turned the garden and play area around the school into a Kovalam seaside beach.

.....complete with a fish and chip “shop”, a flock of 25 seagulls ,  sandcastles were built in sandpits and the sun even made an appearance to complete the day with beach games and sand games.  Children enjoyed the beach day celebration with full of fun and happiness.
