Birla Planetarium Field Trip

Thanks to KPMG sponsorship, our children had a field trip to Birla Planetarium, Chennai.

Birla planetarium Visit

27 October 2018, Saturday – 8:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Students from 5th and 6th standard reached the school with full uniform. And we started at 8:45 am  and reached at 9:45.After finishing snacks we went inside.

·      First we entered and saw nuclear power plant models.

·      Then Indian defense models.

·      11:30 3D show.

·      Science related models.

·      12:00  we saw the solar system show.

·      12:45 we left from the planetarium.

Finally we reached back at 1:30 pm

Eco Park Field Trip - thanks to KPMG

Our students had a field Trip to Eco Park, Adyar, thanks to KPMG sponsoring the entire trip!

It was a day of learning and exploring nature for our children...     

As reported by Mr Johnson who accompanied our children:

Educational field trip was for the VIII and IX to adyar Tholkappiyar poonga. It went very well and it was very exciting to see our students actively participating and communicating with the educators there asking questions.

Our students enjoyed it a lot and it was a very valuable experience.

Tamilarasi's birthday was a wonderful celebration for the whole school, thanks to her sponsors Shobhana and Vikram Hosangady! The whole school was treated to a special lunch!

A huge THANK YOU! for making Tamil Arasis's birthday a very beautiful day!

The children had a wonderful time together and it was beautiful sharing their joy!

Computer Lab activities

* Students have created a table in MS.Word on "Five Generation of computers" with 3 columns and 6 rows.

KPMG Volunteers work with our Agriculture students

KPMG Volunteers spent a whole day helping set up an agricultural patch for our children...

It was a lot of love and sweat that saw the patch of barren land into a green vegetable patch!

Today....we have pumpkins and vegetables that is being home grown for lunch! (last few pictures)

Teacher's Day celebration 2018
