KG in house activity


KG kids have performed various eye catching in house activities during their Co-Curricular Activities. 

Students of LKG & UKG did the Bilateral hand coordination activity on 14th February '25.






 






Silambam - Record breaking attempt by Gurukulam Students

 

MCM Buddhah Martial Arts Academy, Chennai conducted an attempt to break the Guinness world Book of Record on 8th February '25., 

Students who practised "Silambam" for more than an hour without break have been awarded a prize by the academy.  Our students Santhosh of Grade VIII and Khalesha of Grade VI took active participation during the event.

Silent prayer for Niharika

 

Students of Gurukulam did a silent prayer for the sad demise of Niharika on 20th February '25.



100th Anniversary

Students celebrated the 100th Birth Anniversary of Mrs. Banoo Dotiwalla on 18th February '25.
A special meal was organised for the students lunch.




"Life Skills" session

 A "life skills" session which has a unique advantages for the younger generation has been organised by Gurukulam in coordination with BAALM (BANYAN Academy of Leadership in Mental Health) on 4th February '25.  

Programme was inaugurated by Mrs. Lakshmi Dy.Director, MS. Kaiser and Mr. Ramesh along with the other office bearers of BANYAN.

Mr. Abishek Chanda from MCKS, one of our  sponsors, visited us on 21st February 2025.

He expressed his happiness about our school maintenance, creative classes and the grooming of our young and talented students.  








 


"Go Green" at Gurukulam



Our sponsor M/S. Shimadzu Analytical (I) Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai, organised a "go green" activity in the school campus by planting more than 250 species of trees and plants.

Inauguration was on the 25th March 2025 presided by Rotary Club.  
Mr. Saravanan, explained about the "Go Green" project to the students. He emphasised that we need to take care of our environment and that it was now up to the students to ensure the "Go Green" becomes a success at Gurukulam.
