On 12th and 13th September, the students of Gurukulam showcased their athletic talent and sportsmanship at the Khel Parivarthan – Season II, organized by Shree Niketan. The two-day sports event was a platform for young athletes to compete, demonstrate skill, and celebrate the spirit of healthy competition.
Our students made Gurukulam proud by securing the 1st place in the Under-14 Volleyball tournament and finishing as runner-up in the Kabaddi tournament, displaying teamwork, determination, and perseverance.
A special mention goes to Master Sathish of Grade IV, who demonstrated outstanding individual performance by winning 1st place in the Hurdle Race, 3rd place in Shot Put, and being awarded the prestigious Junior Champion Trophy for his exceptional efforts.
The event was a testament to the students’ dedication, discipline, and the school’s commitment to nurturing not only academic excellence but also sporting talent. Congratulations to all the participants for their remarkable achievements!
Adding to the pride, Mr. Shiju, our Physical Educator, was honored as the Best Motivational PET, recognizing his guidance and encouragement that helped our students secure the maximum prizes during the event.
